Our house at Crafers West in the Adelaide Hills looks as if it was designed to be a meditation or yoga centre. It has a huge central room which looks out onto bushland.
At the moment we are offering one evening meditation a week, an afternoon, and also weekend and four and seven-day retreats, which include a residential option. Residential retreats include evening sittings, as well as morning meditation sessions and yoga before breakfast. Residential places are limited.
Non-residential weekend options include mornings, afternoons (either Saturday or Sunday), and full days (one or two). Costs of sessions are as low as we can make them, with a concession option for people who are not working, or on a low income.

No bookings are necessary for evenings, afternoons and mornings, but if you want to come for a whole day or weekend, we need to know in advance, so we know how many people to make lunch for.
Lunches will be simple vegetarian food. Morning and afternoon teas will be provided. Meditation cushions, mats and chairs are also provided
