Made in Australia from a traditional Japanese Zen Buddhist design, our meditation cushions are filled with cleaned Australian organic buckwheat hulls.
Buckwheat hulls are a traditional filling for zafus, and are the most comfortable filling for extended periods of sitting. The cushions can be easily adjusted to the ideal position; they provide firm support without hardness, and work equally well for cross-legged sitting, and the seiza or kneeling position.
The zafu covers are professionally made from sturdy black cotton drill material. They are double-stitched and overlocked, and are fully guaranteed for 12 months. Each cushion contains 2 kg of buckwheat hulls.
