2.30 pm Walking 10 mins.

3.10 – 4:00 pm Afternoon tea  
4:00 pm Sitting 30 mins.
4.30 pm Walking 10 mins.
4.40 pm Sitting 30 mins.
5.10 – 6:00 pm Discussion/Bushwalk

Private interviews with Linda for anyone who wants one will be held between lunch and afternoon tea.

Morning and afternoon sessions will be in silence. Talking during lunch is OK.

Please note: This program is flexible and may be changed around at any time. The main idea of it is to give participants a deep experience of meditation, but we encourage people not to do more in a day than they feel comfortable with. Breaks can be taken at any time to enjoy the environment, do a little yoga, or lie down.

7.00 pm. Two periods of sitting meditation (30 mins. each) with a walking meditation between, then discussion. (Beginners please arrive at 6.45 pm for introductory instruction).
