TUESDAY EVENING MEDITATION
An evening program is currently held on Tuesdays at 32 Fellows Street, Kew in Melbourne from 7pm–9pm. All are welcome. It consists of a short introduction, followed by two periods of sitting meditation (30 minutes each), with a 10 minute walking meditation in between. There is a discussion afterwards, with time for questions. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

THURSDAY MORNING MEDITATION, FREE
A free morning meditation is on Thursdays at 7.00am–8.00am. This is a silent meditation with no Q&A or discussion. All are welcome. Newcomers might also like a Tuesday evening or Sunday morning meditation, when Linda is available to answer any questions. There are some meditation cushions and mats available or you are welcome to bring your own.

SUNDAY MORNING MEDITATION – 2 sessions
We also offer an extended program on Sunday morning from 9.30am–12.30pm consisting of two periods of sitting meditation (30 minutes each) with a 10 minute walking meditation in between, then discussion and a tea break. This is followed by another two 30 minute meditations. Afterwards Linda is available to answer any questions.
Come for one session or both.
