This non-residential 3-day retreat at Cabarita Beach (Bogangar) on the far north coast of NSW suits beginners and experienced meditators. It will be mainly silent, but there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Linda will give guidance during some of the meditation sessions.

Single Days: $160 per day, includes light lunch.
