1-hour Free Zoom Meditation
Simple Meditation offers a free 1-hour group Zoom meditation on most Sundays – except during scheduled retreat times. The session starts with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation and for the final 15 minutes Linda invites questions.
Linda Clair has meditated intensively for over 20 years, first in the Vipassana and then in the Zen tradition, with two Japanese Zen Masters. She is now a non-sectarian teacher based in Melbourne and guides meditators seeking enlightenment.

Sessions are held on a Sunday (Melbourne, Australian time). Please use a time zone converter for other time zones.
