THIS SESSION HAS ENDED
Each 2hr session starts with a Welcome talk, followed by a
half-hour Meditation (may incl. guidance),
10-mins (optional) Slow meditative walk,
half-hour Meditation,
10-mins Tea break,
40-mins Question/discussion time with Linda.
Cost: AUD$35 per session, or AUD$120 for all sessions 1-4, over 2 days.
