Linda has recently commenced Private Meditation Sessions and Private Counselling Sessions via Zoom.
PRIVATE MEDITATION SESSIONS
These sessions consist of a guided meditation, followed by questions or feedback. They can be for a small group, or one-on-one, and are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. If you’re new to meditation, these sessions can give a solid grounding in this zen-based meditation, and advice on how to proceed with a practice in your daily life.

PRIVATE COUNSELLING SESSIONS
These sessions are a great way to get advice on your meditation practice or simply talk about issues that are arising in your life.

Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings (Melbourne, Australian time).

Payment is by Direct Deposit (i.e. online banking, preferred if you are in Australia), or PayPal (Outside Australia, PayPal invoice). Let us know if you will pay by Wise transfer.
