If you need to cancel a retreat, please see the retreat cancellation policy and the date after which a fee applies. If you cancel a retreat we do not offer credit for a future retreat.
Simple Meditation’s bank details for all retreat payments remain the same, just the retreat ID code changes, which can be found on the retreat description (you can view bank details here).

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR 2025
Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events.
Adelaide Hills Spring Retreat, October 2025
– Cancellations made up to 1st September will incur a fee equal to the deposit.
– Participants who cancel after 1st September – no refund.
Zoom Weekend Retreat, 1-2 November 2025
– If you cancel after Friday, 24th October and request a refund, a $15 processing fee will be applied.
