If you need to cancel a retreat, please see the retreat cancellation policy and the date after which a fee applies. If you cancel a retreat we do not offer credit for a future retreat.
Simple Meditation’s bank details for all retreat payments remain the same, just the retreat ID code changes, which can be found on the retreat description (you can view bank details here).

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR 2026
Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events.
Zoom Weekend Retreat, 24-25 January 2025
– If you cancel after Friday, 16th January and request a refund, a $15 processing fee will be applied.
Cordoba, Spain 5-Day Retreat, 11-15 March 2026
– Cancellations made up to 16th February will incur a fee of 100 euros.
– Cancellations made after 16th February – no refund.
