If you need to cancel a retreat, please see the retreat cancellation policy and the date after which a fee applies. If you cancel a retreat we do not offer credit for a future retreat.
Simple Meditation’s bank details for all retreat payments remain the same, just the retreat ID code changes, which can be found on the retreat description (you can view bank details here).

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR 2026
Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events.
Adelaide SA, 3-Day Retreat, 23–25 May 2026
– Cancellations made up to 8th May will incur a fee of $100.
– Participants who cancel after 8th May – no refund.
Adelaide Hills, Residential Spring Retreat, 1–6 November 2026
– Cancellations made up to 28th September will incur a fee equal to the deposit.
– Participants who cancel after 28th September – no refund.
